I've used this on my hubby's hair but I never thought to use it on mines. It keeps his hair looking nice and healthy looking. Even after going to the pool, his hair stayed twisted and all he did was wash it and went on about his day! I love how his twist look and feel. I decided to use this because of the way his hair feels after I twisted it! I needed a new hairstyle and I thought twists would be easy to maintain and it something I am familiar with. Now I twisted it and left it for a day or two. I took them out for my twist out and ya know what...MY HAIR LOOKS SO GOOD!!!!! I give it a 10 out of 10! It is amazing! I would recommend this to everyone and anyone! I LOVE IT!!!! Here is a pic of my twist out(Please dont mind how mean I look! Light was bright!):
