It's June!!! Time to find a Summer Hair Regimen and get my Butt Fit away from the HEAT!

I came from work today with my hair being BONE DRY!! Now I used my regular morning hair regimen of my spray bottle filled with water, my SoftSheen-Carson Optimum Oil Therapy 3-in-1 Creme Oil Misturizer and my Shea Moisture Organic Coconut and Hibiscus Curl Enhancing Smoothie and by the time I got off work, my hair felt like a brilo pad! I might need to step my game up and get a summer regimen. I realize that my hair needs more moisture due to the heat and sun of the Summer months. Im doing my research on what I can do to keep my hair looking fabulous and staying healthy!
I have also noticed I need to start a new fitness regimen! I have been stuck at the same weight for a little less then a month now! I have been slacking on my exercise but I still walk alot and drink alot of water and eat smaller meals. Stress is also a contributing factor in my being stuck. I need to do more to reach my goal of 140 pounds! I have been checking out alternative excercise and motivational methods to help me get up and moving! I have also started using self esteem exercises for the part of me who doesnt think I can do this.

Since the heat started, I havent done a lot of outdoor activities as well. I have some workout videos so I might start using those instead of heading out in the hot hot sun. Also, I need alot more weight training. I love weights because they can shape and actually make you feel like you accomplished something!


I will Succeed.....I Will let NOTHING get in my way.....
Here's hoping June is way better than May!
