5 Simple Things I Do To Lose Weight!

I am excercising full heartedly again and I have been eating good healthy food at least 90% of the time! I have accepted my life change and I am in love with the fact that it isnt just a fad that will go away.

Here are some simple ways that I have used to lose some weight:

1. Calorie counting is hard for me but I find a way to do it anyway. Some days I decide it is too much hassle and I cut my plates in half! It is a good trick that helps out when you get tired of keeping track of everything that enters your mouth!

2.Also I'm not exercising as much lately because of a health issue but whenever I do exercise, I do it with my goal in mind! I usually exercise 3 to 4 times a week but I have been doing 2 to 3 lately (Again, because of a health issue). I know for a fact that cardio does the trick for any weight lose! I also love strength and endurance training!

3. I dont eat too much after 7 or 8 pm anymore. I have taken a page from my grandparents book and started eating dinner before the sun goes down. I have found it to be a struggle because I'm so used to eating dinner at around 9 and 10 at night.

4.Instead of taking a bus, a cab or getting a ride somewhere, I have been walking to most of the places I have been going to lately. I have realized I can walk longer distances now then I have been for years.

5. Watch Your PORTIONS!!! You might feel like you need to eat alot to be full but cut back to the portions recommended on the box! If you want that full feeling, drink lots of water (I use Crystal Light too lol).


Its that simple! No crazy fad diets! No all liquid diet! No starving yourself!

Im proud of the weight I have lost so far and I am going to make my goal! No If, Ands Or But's about it!
